Circe Solaryien is the founder and President of Solaryien Development Group, Inc. and its parent company Solaryien, Inc. She brings more than two decades of hands-on construction experience across residential, commercial, multifamily, renovation, storm restoration, and specialty construction — combined with a systems-builder's approach that sees the full picture from raw land to finished community before the first plan is drawn.
Her approach to development is not transactional. Circe builds vertically integrated organizations — ensuring that every phase of a project, from land acquisition and architectural design through green construction, sustainable energy, and agricultural integration, is managed under one roof with one standard of excellence. SDG is the physical expression of that philosophy.
Her background spans construction, development, psychology, technology, and community advocacy. She is also the founder of The House of ELON (Empower, Love, Overcome, New Beginnings), an initiative supporting survivors of trauma, substance use, and exploitation — and she applies the same principles of sovereignty, continuity, and human dignity to every community SDG develops.
